Start Small Property Management began from a simple frustration: paying thousands of dollars to property managers who weren't delivering quality service. Founders Sean and May Sulistio decided to take control and manage their own growing portfolio of investment properties.

As they developed their expertise in co-living properties and created multiple streams of income from their investments, other property investors took notice. They asked Sean and May to help them achieve the same success with their properties—and Start Small Property was born.

What sets us apart is our founder's deep understanding of what investors truly need. Sean's journey from purchasing his first properties as an apprentice in his early 20s to completing multiple renovations, subdivisions, duplex builds, and co-living conversions gives us unique insight. We know that just because you can do co-living, doesn't mean you should—and we're honest about what's the best and highest use for each property.

Today, with offices in Buderim and Aitkenvale, we're proud to manage properties across Queensland with the same care and attention we give to our own investments.
